The Problem |
Being safe in the community means being safe from injuries that result from motor vehicle
crashes, and falls, fires, drownings, and violence that occur in public places. It also
means that people are protected after an injury occurs by emergency medical systems, 911
emergency response, poison control centers, and trauma care systems.
